Benefits and Methods of Sponsorship

Sponsoring KACA— at the KACA Conference, AEJMC, ICA, or NCA—provides a valuable opportunity to engage with a global network of scholars while elevating your institution’s visibility and demonstrated commitment to social impact. Depending on the sponsorship tier, partners receive a wide range of benefits, including prominent brand exposure, opportunities to present institutional initiatives during the conference, and targeted visibility across KACA’s digital platforms.
Organizations may choose to sponsor the conference in one of two ways: by making a direct contribution to KACA, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States, or by contributing through a designated donation program facilitated by the Korea Foundation, a leading public interest foundation based in South Korea.
By partnering with KACA as a sponsor, your organization will gain:
-
Strategic Branding: Solidify your position as a leader in international academic exchange within the field of communication, particularly through alignment with the global scholarly network at UT Austin and beyond. Depending on the sponsorship tier, sponsors receive brand visibility across all major conference materials, including the official website, printed program booklet, on-site banners, and attendee name badges.
-
ESG and CSR Recognition: Enhance your institution’s standing as a socially responsible organization committed to promoting global communication research and educational excellence. Sponsorship directly supports emerging scholars and contributes to the development of academic discourse.
-
Valuable Networking Opportunities: Build connections with communication scholars, thought leaders, and institutions across North America and globally. The conference sessions provide a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative ideas.
-
Social Media Promotion: Sponsors will be acknowledged and featured across KACA’s official social media channels, extending your organization’s reach to a wider academic and professional audience.
-
Speaking Opportunities: Select sponsors may be invited to present their institution and its initiatives during high-visibility moments, such as the opening reception or designated networking sessions.
Sponsorship Tiers
KACA offers three levels of sponsorship, each designed to provide exposure and engagement opportunities:
Platinum Sponsor
Platinum sponsors receive all benefits included in the Gold tier, with added exclusive privileges such as a dedicated presentation session to showcase their institution, premium logo placement across all conference materials, and elevated visibility through targeted social media promotion. This top-tier sponsorship offers the highest level of exposure and engagement throughout the event.
Gold Sponsor
Gold sponsors enjoy all Silver tier benefits, along with increased brand visibility during key conference sessions, the opportunity to introduce their organization during a featured reception, and prominent logo placement across printed materials and KACA’s social media platforms. This level is ideal for organizations seeking both recognition and strategic engagement.
Silver Sponsor
Silver sponsors receive essential brand exposure through logo placement on the official conference website, all printed program materials (flyer or booklet), and acknowledgment on KACA’s social media channels. This tier provides essential visibility and association with an internationally recognized academic gathering.
